These terms of sales are intended to establish the conditions under which any act of purchase by a customer of one or more products presented on the site.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
2.1 The Customer wishing to place an order on the Site must, beforehand, have accepted these GTC. The Customer’s acceptance of these GTC is indicated by a check box that specifically refers to it when ordering. The Customer declares and therefore acknowledges having read these GTC and accept them.
2.2 Acceptance of these GCs can only be full and complete. Any membership subject to reservation is considered null and void.
2.3 The Client declares on his honor to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity to represent himself as an adult.
Scents of Arabia reserves the right to refuse any order for Products not clearly corresponding to a retail sale and, more generally, any order fraudulent or presumed as such in view of the present.
Article 3 – Definitions
Customer: means any natural person who buys on the Site one or more Products and does not act for the purposes referred to in Article 2.3.
Account: this is a space of the Personal Site to the Customer and through which the latter can notably:
edit / delete information about him,
change your password,
consult his orders,
check his points balance and gift vouchers if he is a loyalty program member
manage your wish list.
The creation of an Account is a prerequisite for any order validation.
Products offered: means the additional Product (s) that may be offered by the Company to the Customer as part of an order for Products.
Products: refers to the different items sold by the Company on the Site. Products sold by the Company also include Gift Cards. If he wishes, the Customer may request a gift packaging of the Products ordered. The packaging is chosen by the Company to optimize packaging and transportation.
Site: means the website available at www.senteursdarabie.com or any URL that may be substituted by the manager.
Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Article 4 – Presentation of the Products on the Site
The description of each Product on the Site makes it possible to distinguish the essential characteristics and in particular the category, the nature, the composition, the legal information. This description is made on the basis of the elements communicated by the various manufacturers. The price of each Product is specified on the Site.
Article 5 – The order
5.1 Customer Identification
Any Customer wishing to place an order for Product (s) must have registered on the Site by creating an Account.
If it is not already registered, the Customer will be asked to create an Account at the first order by filling in the required fields namely: email address, last name and first name of the Customer, mailing address, phone number and password . At the end of the account creation process, an e-mail will be sent to the Customer confirming his registration and credentials.
If the billing address differs from the delivery address, the Customer may also register the delivery address of the Product ordered during the ordering process.
Once registered, the Customer can reconnect to his Account using his email address and password.
The password is strictly personal and must be kept confidential under its responsibility.
Failing to fill in the required fields, registration will not be validated.
5.2 Order Process
It is up to the Customer to select on the Site the Products he wishes to order and then add them to the shopping cart. The quantity of Products can be changed at any time in “My Cart”.
Once the desired Product (s) has been added to the basket, a summary is displayed with the main characteristics of the Product (s). The Customer will then have to validate this basket, or modify it if necessary. If he wishes, the Customer may order a gift packaging of the Products ordered. He will also select his delivery method.
To be able to access the following steps and make the purchase, the Customer must first identify himself via his Account, creating one if necessary.
The Customer chooses his billing and delivery address. Once this information is entered and validated, the Customer is asked to validate his order by clicking on the “Order” and / or “Continue” buttons. The Customer selects his method of payment and then communicates the relevant information and validates the payment.
